Solskjaer inspired by Alex Ferguson


Manchester United caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that his inspiration comes from former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson. He said that he is the best manager has ever worked with and that he wants to emulate him in terms of his career.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that it is very exciting for him to be managing Manchester United and that he wants to build a team that resembles the one that played under the Scottish manager.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that Sir Alex Ferguson was a unique man when it comes to man management and that he knew how to motivate players as well as the staff in general. He said that he knew how to work with young players as well as established stars and this is what he wants to bring to Manchester United.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that he is open to advice from Sir Alex Ferguson and said that the former manager came to visit the players after their win in France against Paris Saint Germain.

Sir Alex Ferguson was accompanied by former Manchester United legend Eric Cantona and both men visited the players in the dressing room. He said that Sir Alex Ferguson congratulated the players and told them that he is proud of what they have achieved.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that Ferguson was happy with what he has seen on the pitch and told him that he wants them to continue like this. He believes that there is some good potential in the team and it is up to him to find a way to make full use of this.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that he wants to focus on the remaining matches and win as many games as possible before talking about a permanent contract.
